Care for Your Hair

BRUSHING & WASHING

  • Detangle with a Wet Brush®️, ends to roots, before washing.
  • Wash in sections or loose ponytails for minimal tangling.

SHAMPOO & CONDITIONING

  • Use a moisturizing, sulfate-free shampoo; massage gently in a Z-motion.
  • Rinse well, then apply conditioner mid-shaft to ends for 2–3 min

DRYING

  • Blot with microfiber towel; air dry before blow-drying.
  • Apply leave-in conditioner, then brush your hair.
  • For heat styling, never exceed 320°F to protect both your extensions and natural hair.

PRODUCTS

  • Use professional styling products to keep your natural hair and extensions healthy.
  • Avoid alcohol-based products near the attachment points, as they can weaken the bond or cause slipping.

SWIMMING

  • Before swimming, wet your hair with fresh water and apply coconut oil or leave-in conditioner to the ends.
  • Secure in a loose ponytail or braid.
  • After swimming, rinse with fresh water and apply leave-in conditioner.

COLORING

  • Extensions can be professionally colored; however, to preserve their integrity and longevity, we strongly recommend having them treated by a licensed professional. At-home coloring is not advised, as it may cause irreversible damage.

SLEEPING

  • For your clip-in extensions, please remove them before sleeping. For other extension types, wearing one or two loose braids is recommended to prevent tangling.
  • Avoid going to bed with wet hair, as this can cause tangling near the scalp. If tangling occurs, promptly schedule an appointment with your stylist for removal.
