We offer a color matching service to help you find the perfect shade. You can send us a photo of your hair or visit a certified salon for an in-person consultation. We can also offer a range of swatches to help you choose the right shade.

Yes, our hair extensions are made from 100% human hair and can be styled with heat tools just like your natural hair. However, it is important to use a heat protectant spray and to avoid excessive heat to prevent damage to the extensions.

If you purchased hair without personally customizing it, it will take 7-12 business days. For custom orders, it will take 14 business days.
